Hi there. This is Peter Werner. First of all, thank you so much for considering buying a ticket for yourself and someone you care about. I am incredibly grateful for that. If you haven’t fully decided whether or not to go yet, I’ve written the world's most awesome press release right here. But first, a poem.

So, I’ve started working on my second stand-up show! After Werneromdig turned out to be an overwhelming success, I’m ready again. This time it’s going to be bigger and wilder than ever before. It’s no secret that sequels are often a bit worse than the original. Think about The Matrix, Die Hard, Harry Potter, the second-born in a family, etc.

To avoid this, I plan to treat my new show IGNORANT as if it were my very last show ever. I’m forced to neglect my girlfriend, my workout, my friends, and family just to make sure that you leave the show feeling like it was worth every penny. In fact, even more than worth it. Everyone must suffer for this show—except you as the audience.

Of course, I hope this won’t be my last show. If all goes well, there will be a third, fourth, and fifth (I dream of being able to afford an electric carafe to aerate my cheap wine). So you can expect a Marvel-like franchise—with a slightly grumpy guy from Southern Jutland at the center.

What is IGNORANT about?
In Ignorant, I talk about the world from my perspective. I’m aiming for crude jokes, energy, and silliness, so all in all, I’m going all-in with classic Peter Werner style. No one is left out, everyone gets roasted. I can’t promise you’ll leave the show any wiser, but that’s never been my goal. Comedy is what I live for, and all I dream of is putting on a show where you’ve laughed so much your abs start complaining halfway through.

The world is burning, my friends.
