Anders Wortmann

Anders Wortmann's first comedy show 'FAR' (DAD) exceeded all expectations. Initially, only 4 shows with just under 1200 tickets were planned for sale, but Anders and 'FAR' hit the mark with their funny stories and songs, touching the hearts—and especially the funny bones—of the audience. The tour quickly expanded to over 50 performances, entertaining a total of 16,879 happy, laughing, and tearful guests.

"We hadn't expected such a warm reception. It's been truly overwhelming—thank you so much to everyone who gave us a chance, and many, many thanks for all the kind messages and feedback. It means a lot," said Anders & Dad.

The success has inspired more, leading Anders to return with 'FAR 2', where the family universe expands—biologically—and new everyday experiences take a humorous spotlight. Anders' own father has agreed to join again, but he jokes, "Next time, it should be mom's turn!" and adds, "If there's dancing in a tight yellow spandex suit again, you'll have to do it yourself." In return, dad has promised (under slight pressure) to learn to play the guitar, aiming to elevate the father-son interaction to new heights (maybe).

In 'FAR 2', Anders invites you into his life on the gravel road, where you'll also meet the gardener Jørgen and the cleaning assistant Birthe—because extra help, beyond "the old folks," is necessary when you suddenly become a father of two. With that comes all the new parenting challenges, while the eldest daughter has started gymnastics and already has boyfriends at kindergarten!

It doesn't get less awkward when Anders attempts "the difficult talk," encounters trouble at the Citizen Service office, and maybe has to give up on the grand wedding plans!

Look forward to a delightful evening of song, guitar, and plenty of stand-up as Anders once again opens the doors to his family universe, showing what it's like to balance chaos, love, and "hats" when you've become a father of two.
